Per caso abbiamo scoperto questo locale vicino all'hotel dove abbiamo soggiornato a Valencia. Difficile mettere d'accordo 7 palati, lo chef de Ajo Negro ce l'ha fatta! Cucina semplice, ma molto curata. Accostamenti di sapori sempre azzeccati. Siamo tornati il giorno successivo e non possiamo che confermare la prima impressione. Personale simpatico, efficiente e gentile. Consigliatissimo.

Nach einer Besichtigung des Fußballstadions fanden wir in der Nähe dieses ausgezeichnete Lokal. Hervorragendes Essen, freundlicher und aufmerksamer Service. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt (und auch einige Infos zum Leben in der Stadt bekommen).
