Maravilloso y monumental edificio de estilo ecléctico. En su frontispicio destaca la puerta principal, con tres grandes puertas en de hierro forjado encastradas en un gran arco en cuyo tímpano podemos ver cinco esculturas, alegorías de los cinco continentes. Llama poderosamente la atención la gran torre metálica que corona el edificio.

Joya arquitectónica de estilo ecléctico, diseñado por Miguel Ángel Navarro y construido entre 1915 y 1922, e inaugurado en 1923. Destaca por su monumentalidad, con una fachada adornada con figuras alegóricas de las comunicaciones, y su interior elíptico cubierto por una gran vidriera de los hermanos Maumejean en el patio de operaciones. Tras su restauración en 2004, el edificio volvió a exhibir su esplendor, incluyendo su esbelta torre metálica y sus detalles ornamentales, y aunque ya no es exclusivamente una oficina de correos, el edificio sigue siendo visitable y un símbolo de la ciuda
