"Una experiencia gastronómica inolvidable". Desde el primer momento, el trato fue exquisito: personal atento, cálido y con un genuino interés por hacernos disfrutar de la comida. La comida fue un auténtico viaje de sabores. Empezamos con dos entrantes que dejaron el listón muy alto: unas croquetas cremosas y llenas de personalidad de centollo, y una sardina ahumada sobre brioche tostado con queso Tetilla, un equilibrio perfecto entre ahumado, dulzor y textura. Como platos principales, el tartar de atún era fresco y delicado, mientras que el arroz de rabo de toro era un espectáculo aparte: meloso, intenso y con una carne que se deshacía. ¡Para repetir! El broche final lo pusieron los postres: una tarta de queso al estilo Donostiarra (cremosa, potente y para verdaderos cheeselovers) y un arroz con leche coronado con piña flambeada, un contraste dulce y aromático que nos dejó sin palabras. El Chef Ismael vino a saludarnos al final del servicio y nos felicitamos por su increíble cocina. Sin duda, volveremos para explorar más de su carta. ¡Recomendadísimo!
