Siempre que voy no dejo de sorprenderme gratamente. Las pizzas destacan por una masa de fermentación lenta, muy rica y fácil de digerir, algo que se agradece mucho. Los ingredientes son de calidad y se nota en el sabor de cada bocado. Además, la atención del pizzero es cercana y muy buena. Es un sitio ideal para quienes valoran tanto la calidad de los ingredientes como el cuidado en la elaboración de la masa.
