Kalaxin lounaspöydästä saa kalaa eri muodoissaan vuosikymmenien kokemuksella valmistettuna. Kala on Kalaxin pitäjille intohimo ja elämäntyö, ja ruokalajit ovat sen mukaisia. Noutopöydässä on montaa kalaa ja äyriäisiä taiten valmistettuna ja lisäksi aina on tarjolla vähintään yksi liharuoka. Kahvi ja jälkiruoka kuuluu hintaan. Ihan mielipaikkojani Tampereella paitsi ruuan myös palvelun puolesta! Suomi tarvitsisi lisää Kalaxeja kalatalouden puolestapuhujaksi.
