Came with my 5 year old son. The order came, chips were fine, burgers were very cold. I took them back and asked for new ones, the servers looked at me confused and bemused, almost laughing. I explained to two of them, then 5 minutes later they brought the lad round from the kitchen. I had to explain again, and he argued with me! And said he can’t make new ones, the burgers are fine. I was shocked and asked that new ones made. He stormed back to the kitchen in a huff. When he came back he threw the burgers on a tray and pushed them towards me and walked off. All in front of my 5 year old son.
