Olen 2025. aastal külastanud Arsenali Hesburgerit kahel korral. Esimesel korral ei antud kaasa kanatortillat, teisel korral unustati kaasa pakkida kanatiivad. Enam siia ei tule.

The worst customer service ever in Hesburger. Neither of the people behind the counter looked at us or said hello, the girl almost got mad cause she didn't understand which toy we wanted (I showed her in the vitrin to help). No smiles, no thank you, felt like we were offending her while ordering although we acted completely normal. Wouldn't come again.
