Odotimme "pikaruokaa" puoli tuntia. Ei ruuhkaa, ohi meni 18 jonotusnumeroa. Perusannoksia kaikki. Hämmentävää sekoilua tiskillä. Ruoka sinänsä oli hyvää Hese -tasoa.

Didn’t serve our food because they ”ran out”. Wanted just a single milkshake and after waiting for 20 minutes they just removed the order (among all others) from the screen and started completing other orders placed after ours. No explanation why. Did not offer a refund, no apologies and staff was just rude. Wasted money and didn’t get a single food item in return. Will not be coming here again.
