We visited Tallinn in the height of winter, snow and Christmas trees everywhere. When first walking in to the Highlander you notice how warm and inviting it is, lots of little coves and hideaways, which allow you to soak in the atmosphere but allows privacy as well. Not the cheapest bar in town but well worth a little more expense for the experience. Also a nice selection of beer
