Ta Żabka mnie zaskoczyła. Dużo podróżowałem po Polsce i odwiedziłem wiele sklepów – w tym sporo Żabek. Często brakowało tam obsługi lub uśmiechu, nikt nie chciał pomóc ani nie rozumiał, czego się chce, nie nawiązywano kontaktu z klientem ani nie oferowano pomocy. W tej Żabce spotkałem/spotkaliśmy się z uśmiechem i dobrą obsługą ze strony personelu, a nawet przyszli klienci, by pomóc pracownikom z tłumaczeniem (: Cała okolica to pozytywne doświadczenie, mogę jedynie polecić tę Żabkę i okoliczne osiedla. Pięć lat podróży po Polsce i pierwszy raz poczułem się mile widziany. Wielkie dzięki od nas z Danii. This Żabka surprised me. I have traveled a lot in Poland and visited numerous stores—including quite a few Żabka locations. Often there is no service or smile, no one wants to help or understands what you want, and there is no effort to engage with the customer or assist. At this Żabka, I/we were met with smiles and good customer service from the staff, and even customers came to help the staff with translation (: The entire area around is a positive experience. I can only recommend this Żabka and the residential areas nearby. Five years of traveling in Poland and this is the first time I have felt truly welcome. A thousand thanks to you from Denmark.
