Ramen z mięciutką wołowiną, mix krewetkowy, chrupiące bułeczki baozi z kaczką i pomarańczą... pyszności☺️ I ta lemoniada z czarnym bzem i liczi ! ♥️ Bardzo przyjemny lokal, a przede wszystkim bardzo, bardzo sympatyczna Pani, która nas obsługiwała🙂 Dziękujemy za atmosferę i za wszystkie smaczności!

Odwiedziłem Koku Sushi w Szczecinie i muszę przyznać, że to jedno z lepszych miejsc z kuchnią azjatycką, jakie miałem okazję odwiedzić w mieście. Restauracja ma bardzo przyjemny, nowoczesny wystrój, a obsługa była uprzejma, pomocna i dobrze zorientowana w menu – już od samego początku czuć było profesjonalne podejście. Zamówiłem zestaw sushi oraz makaron z krewetkami i warzywami. Sushi było świeże, starannie przygotowane i bardzo dobrze zbalansowane smakowo. Ryby najwyższej jakości, ryż odpowiednio doprawiony, a dodatki świetnie komponowały się z całością. Szczególnie polecam rolki z łososiem i mango – wyborne połączenie smaków. Makaron (w moim przypadku udon) był aromatyczny, idealnie al dente, z dużą ilością składników. Krewetki były soczyste i delikatne, a całość doprawiona bez przesady – bardzo dobrze wyważona kompozycja. Ceny są adekwatne do jakości, a porcje zadowalające. Na plus także estetyczne podanie dań. Z pewnością wrócę i polecam każdemu, kto ma ochotę na dobre sushi lub japoński makaron w Szczecinie.
