solid chemex work - proper extraction, decent beans, and genuinely surprised they even own one, let alone know which end is up. usual laptop militia plus some guy doing laps with his phone, but whatever. my boyfriend said his cake was good while i interrogated the barista about brewing variables. they don’t rush the process, which beats the alternative. szczecin’s coffee game is slowly becoming less depressing.
