Jedno zdjęcie które oddaje w jakim celu to miejsce powstało. Idealnie oddaje ducha tego muzeum. Zatrzymuje, zachęca do refleksji nie tylko nad tym co było, ale też nad tym co może być.

Gibt einen guten Überblick über die Stadtgeschichte seit 1945 und erzählt die angenehm neutral (einige andere polnische Museum sind recht nationalistisch orientiert) und gut aufbereitet für Touristen. Es könnte in den einzelnen Themen etwas weiter in die Tiefe gehen, zum Beispiel bleibt unerwähnt, dass es nach dem Krieg zunächst auch eine sozialistische deutsche Stadtverwaltung gab und die Zuordnung der Stadt zu Deutschland oder Polen einige Monate lang völlig unklar blieb (vgl. Wikipedia). Auch an vielen anderen Stellen fehlte die Möglichkeit, weiter in die Tiefe zu gehen. Trotzdem insgesamt ein positiver "Snack" für zwischendurch
