Kawiarnia na 13 piętrze hotelu Radison dostępna dla wszystkich , brak możliwości wjechania na górę z pieskiem. Windy na 13 piętro wjeżdżają bez kart hotelowych . Widok zapiera dech w piersiach , w końcu to najwyższe ogólnodostępne miejsce w Świnoujściu, dookoła kawiarni jest możliwość wyjścia na waski taras z którego można podziwiać widoki na każdą stronę miasta . Czasami przy większym obłożeniu turystów trzeba poczekać na miejsce , ale warto bo widoki są malownicze . Na 14 piętrze jest wyjątkowy taras że szklanymi podłogami, ale ten dostępny jest dla gości spa na tym poziomie. Polecam wszystkim przyjemnie posiedzieć przy drineczku i lodach patrząc na plażę z góry.
