I had to write again my review. I spent here the whole afternoon till early evening and it was very nice, relaxing time :) You have for free a stunning view over the Baltic Sea with the chilling music in the background. The prices for drinks and snacks are not cheap but prices here are the same like everywhere else on the coast line. I also dont think that charging 5 PLN for using the wc its not fair and you can pay with card or cash. We all want to use a clean toilette and by the numbers of tourists who daily visit this place, the owner of the beach bar simply must keep the wc clean and tidy and it was! I hope to come again this summer :)
