An einem sonnigen Nachmittag haben wir den Biergarten besucht und wurden vom aufmerksamen und freundlichen Service bestens umsorgt. Ich wählte den gegrillten Bauch und Hals vom Streuobstwiesenlamm mit Mais-Paprika-Salsa und gerauchtem Krautsalat – eine erfrischende und geschmacklich großartige Kombination. Das Lamm war butterzart und perfekt rosa gebraten, dazu bestellte ich einen kleinen Beilagensalat, der frisch und sehr lecker war. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist das Augustiner Hell, serviert im eiskalten Steinkrug, was man leider nicht mehr allzu oft findet. Trotz des etwas höheren Preises stimmt hier die Qualität von vorne bis hinten. Für mich eine klare Empfehlung.
