Lecker, unkompliziert und glutenfrei – Vapiano Stuttgart überzeugt! Ich war positiv überrascht, wie gut sich das Vapiano in Stuttgart auf Gäste mit Glutenunverträglichkeit eingestellt hat. Neben dem gewohnt frischen und mediterranen Flair bietet das Restaurant mittlerweile eine richtig tolle Auswahl an glutenfreien Gerichten – darunter Pizza, Pinsa und Pasta! Die glutenfreie Pizza war knusprig und geschmackvoll, die Pinsa eine echte Entdeckung – fluffig und trotzdem leicht. Besonders begeistert war ich von der glutenfreien Pasta, die perfekt al dente zubereitet wurde und sich geschmacklich kaum von „normaler“ Pasta unterscheidet. Die Auswahl an Soßen ist wie immer vielfältig – ich kann die Crema di Funghi oder Pomodoro Basilico besonders empfehlen. Das Bestellsystem über QR-Code am Tisch ist modern und praktisch, das Personal war freundlich, hilfsbereit und gut informiert über die glutenfreien Optionen – ein großes Plus für alle, die auf eine sichere Zubereitung angewiesen sind. Fazit: Wer in Stuttgart zentral und entspannt essen möchte – und dabei auf glutenfreie Küche angewiesen ist – wird im Vapiano bestens versorgt. Frisch, lecker und unkompliziert. Ich komme definitiv wieder!
