Sehr enttäuschend – keine Empfehlung Wir waren mit einer großen Gruppe (ca. 20 Personen) beim TBU-Essen und haben unter anderem mehrere Schnitzelgerichte bestellt (alle das Gleiche). Der Service war leider eine Katastrophe: unhöflich, desinteressiert und völlig unkoordiniert. Die Pommes wurden separat und viel früher serviert – ohne Schnitzel. Einige aus unserer Gruppe haben ihre Pommes direkt gegessen, weil das Schnitzel einfach nicht kam. Auf Nachfrage beim Service bekamen wir nur eine patzige Antwort. Erst rund 20 Minuten später kam dann endlich das Schnitzel – komplett kalt war’s dann auch. Für 20 Euro pro Gericht erwarte ich auf jeden Fall mehr – vor allem respektvollen Umgang und dass das Essen zusammen serviert wird. So macht Essen gehen keinen Spaß. Sehr schade
