Eigentlich ja, aber Preis Leistung finde ich nicht ganz in Ordnung. Mein Scheinbraten war ziemlich zäh und ein paar gute Bratkartoffeln alleine treffen nicht im 32€ zu rechtfertigen. Maultaschen waren dafür wirklich gut.

Das Restaurant wirbt mit regionaler Qualität und diese schmeckt man auch in den Gerichten. Grundsätzlich gibt es am Geschmack nicht viel auszusetzen wenn man das Essen in seiner natürlichen Art genießen möchte. Für viele wäre es wahrscheinlich etwas zu wenig Salz. Preislich finde ich allerdings ist man einen kleinen Schritt zu weit gegangen. Es ist eine gut bürgerliche Küche aber keine Extraklasse. Ob sich das durch regionale Bioprodukte rechtfertigt… ich weiß es nicht. Für mich war die Portion zu klein, ich hatte aber auch keine Vorspeise. Mit Vorspeise würde man aber auch auf 60-70 Euro pro Person nur fürs Essen kommen. Die Auswahl an Gerichten gefällt mir sehr gut. Die Weine sind regional und daher Geschmackssache 😉
