Da wir einen Gutschein (Fine dine) hatten, waren wir mal mutig uns zu einem Mittagessen an einem Wochentag anzumelden. Natürlich waren wir die ersten Gäste, aber das war gar kein Problem. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und der Service war sehr aufmerksam. Selten haben wir so gut gespeist. Vorspeise (Brokkolimus und Ceviche vom Kabeljau) sowie Hauptgang (gebratener Adlerfisch und gegrillte Wildfanggarnelen) Mal was anderes wie üblich. Das Restaurant ist sehr zu empfehlen, wenn es auch etwas teurer ist, aber die Qualität und die Portionen sind es allemal wert.

Wir besuchen das Finch mehrmals im Jahr und freuen uns jedes Mal auf die außergewöhnliche Fine-Dining-Küche, das stilvolle Ambiente und den aufmerksamen Service. Es ist unser Lieblingslokal, das wir gerne Freunden und Familie weiterempfehlen. Bei unserem letzten Besuch haben wir uns auf ein Kalbsschnitzel gefreut – ein Klassiker, der in der Vergangenheit immer hervorragend zubereitet war. Dieses Mal waren wir jedoch leider etwas enttäuscht: Zwar war die Panade wunderbar knusprig und luftig, wie man es sich wünscht, jedoch war das Schnitzel selbst so dünn, dass der Fleischgeschmack kaum zur Geltung kam. Die Balance zwischen Panade und Fleisch hat dadurch etwas gelitten. Wir wissen, wie viel Leidenschaft und Können in der Küche des Finch steckt, und sind uns sicher, dass dies ein einmaliger Ausrutscher war. Unser Gesamteindruck bleibt positiv – und wir freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Besuch!
