Ich war zum ersten Mal auf Empfehlung bei Mikoto, und der Besuch hat sich auf jeden Fall gelohnt! Die Bedienung war freundlich und schnell. Als Vorspeise hatten wir einen Wakame-Salat, der sehr gut gewürzt war. Danach haben wir verschiedene Sushi-Variationen probiert, ebenfalls ausgezeichnet. Der Reis war auf den Punkt gegart, und der Fisch hatte einen angenehm neutralen Geschmack, ein gutes Zeichen für Frische! Auf der Karte gibt es auch verschiedene Steak-Sorten, die ich beim nächsten Besuch gerne probieren möchte. Wer beim Essen etwas Wichtiges besprechen möchte, sollte bedenken, dass wie in vielen Sushi-Restaurants, die Tische recht eng beieinander stehen. Für vertrauliche Gespräche ist das Ambiente daher eher weniger geeignet.
