Hendl & Gretel Stuttgart – Saftige halbe Hähnchen zum fairen Preis Ich war heute bei Hendl & Gretel in Stuttgart und habe mir ein halbes Hähnchen zum Mitnehmen bestellt. Vorab hatte ich angerufen, um gegebenenfalls vorzubestellen und Wartezeiten zu vermeiden. Die Dame am Telefon erklärte mir jedoch freundlich, dass dies nicht nötig sei, da die Hähnchen bereits vorbereitet sind. Vor Ort machte das Restaurant einen sehr positiven Eindruck: sauber, gepflegt, schön eingerichtet – ganz anders, als man vielleicht bei einem Hähnchen-Spezialisten zunächst vermuten würde. Auch das Personal war ordentlich gekleidet und freundlich. Tatsächlich dauerte es keine fünf Minuten von der Bestellung bis zur Abholung – gerade genug Zeit, um kurz die Toilette zu benutzen. Einen kleinen Kritikpunkt habe ich: Die Verpackung ist nicht ganz auslaufsicher, und an den Seiten trat etwas Fett aus, was leider meine Kleidung beschmutzt hat. Geschmacklich hat mich das Hähnchen überzeugt. Das Fleisch war extrem saftig und hatte dadurch ein intensives Aroma. Es war nicht zu fettig, aber auch nicht zu trocken – genau richtig. Die Haut war bei meinem To-go-Hähnchen nicht besonders knusprig, was manchen Gästen vielleicht wichtig ist. Gewürzt war es klassisch, ohne besondere Experimente, aber trotzdem sehr schmackhaft. Für unter zehn Euro ist das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis aus meiner Sicht top. Ich kann Hendl & Gretel absolut empfehlen – sowohl zum Essen vor Ort als auch zum Mitnehmen.

Wir waren zu Dritt dort. Reservierung für denselben Tag über OpenTable funktionierte problemlos. Ambiente ist außergewöhnlich und dennoch schlicht. Service super nett, machte auch mehrfach Fotos auf Gästewunsch. Essensauswahl ist sensationell und schmackhaft. Preislich in Ordnung ist die Location durchweg ohne Einschränkungen zu empfehlen! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder 😁
