Wir waren zum Frühstück in dem Café. Die Bagel waren wirklich lecker und frisch – geschmacklich ein echtes Highlight. Leider ließ der Service sehr zu wünschen übrig: Es wurde nicht gefragt, ob wir noch etwas trinken möchten, niemand kam vorbei, um nach uns zu sehen, und auch unser Tisch blieb lange unaufgeräumt. Wir mussten regelrecht um Aufmerksamkeit kämpfen, was schade war. Ebenfalls negativ aufgefallen ist die Behinderten-/Wickeltoilette: Sie war schmuddelig und zugestellt mit Putzmitteln und Kisten. Mit einem Rollstuhl wäre ein Zugang praktisch unmöglich gewesen. Aus unserer Sicht sollte gerade dieser Bereich ordentlich, sauber und zugänglich sein – besonders, wenn er sowohl für Menschen mit Behinderung als auch für Familien mit kleinen Kindern gedacht ist. Fazit: Das Essen war wirklich gut, aber Service und Hygiene müssen dringend verbessert werden.

Ich mache diese Bewertung weil ich grundsätzlich sehr gerne dieses Restaurant besuche. Seit zwei Jahren bin ich regelmäßig an den Wochenenden, machmal sogar zwei Mal an einem Samstag da. Obwohl das Bauprojekt noch aktiv ist, ist der Standort sehr lebendig und unterhaltsam. Das Essen ist sehr lecker, Getränke sind gut. Seit einem halben Jahr ist mir aufgefallen, dass das Personal sich stark verändert hat - leider nicht positiv. Das neue Personal scheint unfreundlicher, ungeduldiger und auch inkompetenter. Ich bitte höflichst darum hier etwas nachzuarbeiten, da ich wirklich gerne herkomme und dies auch weiter fortführen möchte.
