Sehr nette, zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Super leckeres Essen. Umbestellungen werden gerne angenommen und sehr gut umgesetzt. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut. Rund um ein gelungener Abend. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Ich hatte das große Vergnügen, in diesem wunderbaren Restaurant zu speisen, und bin noch immer begeistert! Der Wirt, der zugleich der kreative Kopf in der Küche ist, hat mich mit seiner Leidenschaft und seinem außergewöhnlichen Talent vollkommen überzeugt. Bereits im Vorfeld habe ich meine Wünsche und Vorlieben mit ihm besprochen – und was soll ich sagen: Jeder einzelne Gang war perfekt auf mich abgestimmt. Es war nicht nur ein Essen, sondern ein Erlebnis, bei dem man spürt, wie viel Herzblut und Hingabe in jedem Detail steckt. Auch das Servicepersonal verdient großes Lob: aufmerksam, freundlich, unaufdringlich und dabei stets professionell. Man fühlt sich rundum wohl und willkommen. Ein Ort, den ich jedem Feinschmecker ans Herz lege – hier stimmt einfach alles!

Wir nutzen immer jede Gelegenheit, um zu Carlo und Aga besonders wichtige Anlässe zu feiern. Das Bianco e Nero in Sillenbuch lässt uns bei uns nie Wünsche offen. Die Speisekarte bietet eine tolle Auswahl an italienischen Gerichten – von frischer Pasta über frische knackige Salate bis hin zu leckeren Fleischspezialitäten. Besonders empfehlen kann man auch die hausgemachten Nudeln, Ravioli und auch den grünen Spargel mit Ei und Trüffeln. Der Service war aufmerksam, freundlich und sehr angenehm. Man merkt, dass hier mit Leidenschaft gearbeitet wird. Sonderwünsche wurden ohne Probleme erfüllt. Die Preise sind absolut fair für die Qualität, die man hier bekommt und wer italienisch essen möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Wir kommen wieder definitiv, denn das Bianca e Nero ist ein echter Geheimtipp in Sillenbuch.
