Kassenpersonal = Permanent am Handy (außerhalb der Kundschaft, in der Backstube !) Waschen der Hände erfolgte nicht, Reinigung des Bodens mit Besen, es erfolgte kein Hände waschen stattdessen Kontakt mit Kaffeebecher und Co. Mitarbeiter hinten = Handschuhwechsel nicht wahrgenommen (fasste damit Backwaren,Wagen verschoben, kühlhaus gereinigt) Haare im Backbereich, (zum Zopf gebunden jedoch kein Netz, Mütze oder Dutt) Nie wieder

Der Su Börek ist richtig schlecht, weil er mit Nudelteig gemacht ist und nicht mit Filo und für 3,5 nicht ganz günstig :( Die bekomme ich sogar daheim besser bin.
