You can get American corn ribs and French cheeses, but narry an actual Swedish classic like herring or toast skagen in the dinner restaurant in sight at this Stockholm hotel.

The potato waffle may seem small, but it's packed with flavor. Duck croquettes were delicious, and the green tomato marmalade paired with the seed crisp on the swedish farm plate is the perfect amount of sweet. Drinks, try the Delarna Sour ... discovered was invented by our bartender, perfectly paired flavors. Basilica sour is also a winner with the right sour and touch of sweet mix, ending with a touch of Basil.

The personnel was excellent, especially our waiter Tiago. The food was marvelous, we loved the Asparagus, but also the tagliatelle and the chicken breast. Perfect ending we had with the ganache and the cocos ice. The Austrian white and red wine were also the perfect accompaniment to the food. Thank you very much for the marvelous evening!
