Just finished the wagyu main course. Desserts yet to come but I feel compelled to write this review. This place is well deserving of its 2 stars. Service is amazing and everyone makes you feel welcome. Other than the amazing food, what sets AIRA apart from other Michelin restaurants I’ve been to is the warm and friendly service. It’s been almost 2 hours since sitting down for their Friday lunch prix fixe but it doesn’t feel 2 hours at all because food just keeps on coming. The pacing is perfect and each chef talks about each dish as they come. Highly recommend the combined pairing (wine + non alcoholic).
