Tengu ramen kan verkligen sina smaker. Buljongen är mycket djup och smakrik, nudlarna har perfekt tuggmotstånd, köttet är mört och tillbehören är goda. MEN ni tjänar inget på att snåla med så små skålar. För så dyr ramen så vill man gärna bli ordentligt mätt. Betalade 25kr extra för ett ägg och får då endast en ägghalva till. Skålen lämnar mer att önska, det är precis så att man blir mätt med tre tunna fläskskivor. Detta i samband med qr-kod självservering drar ner helhetsbetyget och lokalen är trist och kal. God shio ramen som serverades snabbt. En lagom stor portion och bra, smakrik buljong som tappade en stjärna pga lite väl mycket ingefära. Väldigt gott i sig men gjorde rätten en aning obalanserad.
