Juli 2025 / Jardin var nya namnet på restaurangen och satsningen som precis tagit fart. Än finns skyltar på gamla namnet som kanske förvirrar. Innan alkoholtillståndet kommit på plats blir det än mer focus på maten. Betyget blir med beröm godkänt, enkla rättframma rätter som alla fått någon begåvad touch av någon ingrediens. Förekommande service./2024En oas på Östermalm, lite som en utflykt till landet, som vanligt värnar man om sina väl utvalda råvaror. Men båda förrätterna Grillade primörer samt Mjölksyrade grönsaker bestod av morötter m.a.o en lite klen beskrivning. Pizzorna för dagen kom att bli kvällens huvudattraktion i sällskap med hovmästaren med gott öga för service. Förbättringspotential är knivar i besticksettet som inte förmår vare sig skära dikalv eller pizza. Sommarmenyn har säkert inte långt kvar på säsongen, skönt för de tummade fläckiga som finns tillhanda idag har gjort sitt.Men i det stora hela är ROX en uppskattad udda fågel.

I enjoy a place that cooks normal ingredients into fabulous dishes. Combined with a dine in the kitchen environment, the whole dinner was a great experience. The beef tartar, which I’m referring to their own creation 50/50 tartar, was a harmony of different savory bites. The artichokes’ crunchiness matched the softness of the beef, and the egg yolk added the creaminess without extra grease. The grilled perch absorbed in the charcoal scent was very tender, the seafood butter sauce was not so salty, and the carrots balanced the whole dish well. My personal favorite was the leek and potato dish, such plain ingredients can do miracle when cooked right. The potatoes were served both fried and deep fried, and the leek was served both fried and into a cream sauce. That created multi layers of texture, and the seasonings were used just right. I would definitely come back for new dishes in the future.
