Een verborgen parel in het hart van Stockholm. Bij Restaurang Leijontornet proef je verfijning in elke hap. De crudo van coquilles en blauwvintonijn was een kunstwerk: fris, elegant en perfect uitgebalanceerd met artisjokdressing, knapperige selder, groene chili en Marcona-amandelen. Daarna volgde de Frutti di Mare: tagliatelle met halve kreeft, venusschelpen en royale scampi’s, verrijkt met knoflook, chili, peterselie en Monte Iblei olijfolie. Een smaakexplosie die je rechtstreeks naar de Middellandse Zee voert. De sfeer is stijlvol en intiem, de service warm en professioneel. Voor wie Stockholm culinair wil ontdekken: dit restaurant is een absolute aanrader.
