I can't sing enough praises for the grilled aubergine dish called Purple Rain. Everything was delicious but this was a standout, simple yet packed with so much flavour! The sauce needs to be poured over white rice for maximum enjoyment, ordered 2 portions of this dish the 2nd and 3rd time coming back here <3
