Skulle gå in och köpa mjukglass och ställde frågan om vilka smaker som finns. Fick till svar: Smak??? I 95% av landet finns det vanilj. Jo absolut men på ganska många ställen finns det även andra smaker, därav frågan. Den anställde hade bara kunnat svara att det endast fanns vanilj men valde att vara spydig. Synd, hade antagligen gett ett högre betyg om den anställde hade varit mer serviceminded.
