Phó-buljongen var inte fyllig och smakrik nog. Ätit mycket bättre i Berlin och var på jakt efter en som kan mäta sig med de jag tidigare fått. Stockholm har inte levererat och tidigare tyvärr inte det här stället heller. + Köttet var mört och gott. Fräscha grönsaker. • Nudlarna ok. - Men buljongen var mörk och inte klar samt hade alldeles för mycket smak av ingefära. Som att de försöker väga upp avsaknaden av fylliga umami med ingefära.
