I had the pleasure to enjoy lunch at Minako. Minako delivers sushi at the absolute highest level. The ingredients are exceptionally fresh and you can feel the chef’s passion and craftsmanship in every dish. The interior is tasteful and welcoming, and the service is both professional and personal -the best sushi I have ever had.
