Uppdatering De har korrigerat menyn så nu framgår det vad deras carbonara består av. Stort att de korrigerande efter vårt besök. En stjärna till fick de för detta! -------------- Tyvärr så blev det blandade reaktioner. Det som drar ner betyget är att Carbonaran i menyn va enligt konstens regler. Med guanciale, äggula, pecorino peppar. Tyvärr bestod rätten pancetta som smakade vanlig bacon ingen crisp, dessutom tillsatt grädde utan att det framgick i menyn vilket kan få konsekvenser för allergiker. Men vår andra pastarätt och risotto var riktigt välgjorda med bra råvaror. Innan maten testade vi Bruschetta och Antipasti Misto. Även dessa bestod av fantastiska råvaror. Tyvärr så kommer nästa besök dröja tills menyn stämmer med vad som serveras.

Äntligen har vi hittat en riktigt bra italienare på Kungsholmen. God mat, bra service o trevlig personal. Underbar inredning gör inte heller ont. Rekommenderas varmt
