Vi är tillbaka i Hornstull efter 20 år och självklart firar vi med ett besök på vår favoritrestaurang här på Söder. Allt är precis så bra som vi minns det, kanske till och med bättre. Vi började med en fantastisk oxcarpaccio med tryffelmayo, parmesan, ruccola och pinjenötter fräscht, välbalanserat och full av smak. Till huvudrätt blev det klassikern oxfilé tournedos, konjaksflamberad med grönpepparsås, haricots verts och en perfekt potatisgratäng. En rätt som är tidlös och fortfarande levereras med samma höga kvalitet som förr. Stämningen är varm och genuin, servicen personlig och omtänksam, och maten håller toppklass. Precis det man vill ha när man återvänder till en plats som betyder något extra. Tack för en kväll fylld av både nostalgi och nya minnen. Vi ser fram emot att inte vänta lika länge till nästa gång!
