Die Chocladbollar sind mit die besten der Stadt bei fabrique. Auch die Zimt- und Kardamonschnecken sind fantastisch. Und das Sauerteigbrot schmeckt genial. Auch der Kaffee ist sehr lecker, wobei wir immer lieber auf Americano zurückgreifen, da der Filterkaffee der Schweden oft für uns zu stark ist. In dieser Filiale waren wir besonders oft und die Qualität war immer sehr gut. Update 2025: Die Qualität ist nach wie vor erstklassig. Der Raum ist groß, so daß man meist einen Platz findet. Ideal als Pause für eine Bummel durch die Altstadt. Wir holen uns hier auch immer Kaffeebohnen für unsere Kaffeemaschine.

Big store, friendly staff, great location but I found only 1 vegan option (a simple cocoa ball). I was expecting way more options, it was good but no other choices.
