Jag tycker genuint det här är det bästa bageriet, alla kategorier och var som helst. Brödet är perfekt, fantastisk skorpa, otroligt fluffiga och aldrig torra på insidan, och surdegssmaken är oslagbar. Goda bullar och bakelser också, prinsessbakelsen kan rekommenderas. Ps. För min smak hade det danska frukostbrödet kunnat vara lite mer välgräddat och ha lite mer smörsmak.
