Jag har ätit en del mackor i mitt liv. Jag menar inte Skogaholmslimpa, Hönökakor eller Lingongrova. Jag menar mackor som får dig att känna saker. Jag har käkat på Katz’s Delicatessen i New York, E5 Bakehouse i London, samt självklart kotlettsmörgås på Isen Honten i Tokyo — men inget slår Dubbla Deli i Hötorgshallen. Hög världsklass! 🙏
