Great quick lunch next to Biz Apartments. Bread and salad bar were a great perk with a yummy selection.

Notre coup de coeur. C'est situé dans un endroit presque équivalent industriel, non loin du quartier du port Frihamnen, et beaucoup de bureaux. On s'attend donc à voir essentiellement des gens qui travaillent aux alentours venir à Carotte pendant leur pause déjeûner. C'est un endroit pour bien manger, la qualité est au delà de la moyenne de ce qu'on sert dans les restaurants servant le lunch en jour de semaine sur Stockholm. Les plats sont suffisamment élaborés, ce n'est pas style cantine vite fait, il doit y avoir des professionnels qui aiment leur travail derrière. Un grand plus: le bar à salade, il y a des légumes de différentes couleurs, rouge, vert, orange, violet, ce qui nutritionnellement est appréciable, les salades autres que les feuilles vertes sont assaisonnées déjà, les feuilles on les assaisonne à volonté avec une sauce à côté. Ils ont du pain de bonne qualité boulangère vraiment top! C'est une maison à background boulanger aussi. Le menu change chaque semaine, il y en a pour tous les genres: viande, poissons, vegetariens, et aussi la soupe de la semaine. Nous on aime, on recommande. Pour ceux qui se promèneraient dans Gärdet, pour une pause dejeûner, on peut bien se récompenser chez Carotte. Notez cependant qu'ils ferment à 14h et ouvrent seulement en semaine.
