My visit this spring blew my mind, never experienced anything like it. They follow their "Brutalist Kitchen Manifesto" (check their website) where each dish is basically one ingredient prepared in many different ways. I had both alcohol and non-alcoholic beverage pairing, amazing! I'm vegetarian and rarely get those 🤯 moments when eating, but this place delivered. Actually, think it can be even better for meat eaters. It's crazy how much you can do with just one ingredient when you really know what you're doing. Thanks to Roxanne and the Brutalisten crew for such a wild experience.
