The pattys are made almost to perfection with a great Maillard crust and sustained juiciness inside 👌 Unfortunately, there are some major issues with these burgers: the patty lacks taste/seasoning (some pepper and salt would make a big difference here); the dressing is *extremely* sweet and there's a lot of it - at some point making the burger difficult to finish; there's too much of sallad and toppings making the burger fall apart at the first bite. This place has potential but they need to better balance tastes and ratios to bring their burgers to the next level.
