I was really looking forward for a nice dinner at highly anticipated Bistro Tartine. Unfortunately, it was a disappointment. In general, the personnel felt very inexperienced and wine orders were forgotten about. Food took forever to prepare and the reason was that they only had one chef.. Once the food arrived, the steak frites meat was very tough and the fries were hard as concrete and had to be replaced. The new ones were almost as hard. They did compensate us with free coffee afterwards, but all-in-all they need to step up and quality must be improved. I’ll wait some time for the next visit..
