Besökte restaurangen med min pojkvän en kväll under maj månad och det var en otroligt fin upplevelse. Vi beställde ”Tagliere” som förrätt och fick ett fint urval av charkuterier, ost och tillbehör. Personalen var behjälpliga i att separera kött från resterande då jag äter vegetarisk kost. Hade nog önskat lite mer ost än kött då det var otroligt mycket kött (se bilden). Jag beställde ”Cacio e pepe… e tartufo” som var krämig och smakrik. Min pojkvän beställde ”Ravioli di cinghiale” och han var väldigt nöjd med sitt val, men mer imponerad av pastan jag beställde. Ser nu i efterhand att raviolin tagits bort från menyn. Till dessert beställde vi ”Fondente al cioccolato” vilket vi båda starkt rekommenderar. Personalen hade ett varmt bemötande och var oss behjälpliga under kvällen med våra funderingar kring mat och vin. De har ett otroligt urval av olika viner. Stark rekommendation!
