About

In the Östermalm district of Stockholm, Humlegården Park stands as a vibrant oasis combining history and recreation. Once a royal fruit garden established by King John III, this lush park offers a harmonious blend of nature and culture with its beautiful sculptures and the striking Linné Monument. Its well-maintained playgrounds and inviting picnic spots make it an excellent choice for families, while its spacious grounds are perfect for exercising and leisurely walks with pets. Visitors can enjoy a summer cafe or a meal at Restaurant Surfers, and book enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity to the National Library. An unexpected delight is the park's relaxed policy allowing for a refreshing beer amidst its greenery, adding to its charm as one of Stockholm's beloved urban retreats.
