Pedido echo por teléfono para recoger pizza familiar a dos gustos con masa normal. Cuando vamos a comer la pizza,masa super fina y mal echa. Doy las quejas al encargado por telefono y la solución no era factible por la hora que era, es volver a esperar y a recoger otra pizza. Lo pongo en conocimiento de att al cliente y les pido o bien una compensación hacia el cliente o que me devuelvan el dinero, y dicen que eso lo tiene que solucionar la tienda. Osea os pasais el balón el uno al otro.
