Great service and quality of food. I had the California and Salmon Maki. Ingredients tasted fresh and well portioned. The udon noodles are also very good. Their cauliflower was very good, the sauce is delicious and not very spicy despite its name "jalapeño” It’s well roasted and crunchy. I’m not sure if this restaurant changes names ? And used to be called Nobu now it’s Shikoku.

Algunas fotos de las instalaciones imagino que fueron de cuando se llamana Nabu, algo cambiado, y no distingues, si estas en la cafeteria del Hotel o en el mismo lugar, segun la carta que pidas jaja, y es un Japo con algo de fusion, tiraditos, ceviches etc muy Japo no son, los platos ricos y bien ejecutados, pero no aporta nada.

La comida no es nada especial, tiene dos opciones de restaurante, este japonés y otro español pero no hemos encontrado ningún plato que merezca los precios que le acompañan. En cuanto al restaurante japonés el sushi es bueno pero puedes encontrar la misma o mejor calidad en otros japoneses de la ciudad a mejor precio. Las coliflores a la plancha, la hamburguesa, el brioche parecen tapas de cualquier otro restaurante donde pagarías menos. Hemos probado los postres y no los aconsejamos, especialmente el brownie, hemos esperado un buen rato para recibir un trozo de brownie recien sacado del frigorífico y con una capa tan gruesa de chocolate blanco que era casi incomible. Lo que sí nos ha gustado ha sido el servicio, el camarero muy amable y muy atento.
