Como dicen algunos comentarios, más que una comida (que lo es) es una experiencia. Tomamos un menú degustación con muchos pequeños platos de comida muy elaborada y acompañada de diversos vinos. La comida fluyó bien, sin conceder tiempos muertos. Un jefe de sala, muy amable, va explicando los diversos platos. Todo se prepara al momento, y todo es fresco. A mi me gustó mucho la comida, excepto el salmorejo, al que no le cogí el punto, y aunque el buñuelo de bacalao estaba muy bueno, dado su tamaño podrían quizás poner dos por comensal, porque te sabe a poco. Otros platos eran realmente excelentes (ostra, corvina, vieira...). La parte dulce también muy muy buena. Claro, es un sitio nada barato para ir a diario, pero de vez en cuando vale la pena concederse una experiencia de este tipo.

The mural on the wall that tells the chef's story adds a beautiful touch, and the flamenco Sevillana playing while you dine enhances the atmosphere. If I had to pick a favorite dish, it would be the bacalao, tartare, and solomillo. And the chocolate dessert? Absolutely heavenly. Highly recommend for a memorable and unique dining experience!
