Alfalfa's @restaurante_espacio_t has a single, 18-seat, circular table. At one end of the table, the chefs prepare the dishes, while those seated outside can watch the live action. The tasting menu, consisting of one aperitif, six salty dishes, and two desserts, costs €75. The maridaje (wine tasting menu) consists of 100% Andalusian wines. The wines were selected and paired by sommelier Gloria Carmona. Pairings 2, 5, and 6 could have been more compact. Our favorite dish was the "Matices de tomate/cacahuetes," which features tomato ice cream, pink and red tomatoes presented in different forms. Now, let's get to our criticisms: When the first dish was served, we noticed a small fly had landed in it. This situation, which occurred during the serving, is unacceptable when you're offering service at this level and in a city like Seville at €75. The quality of the produce is good, but the sugar balance in some dishes could have been better. The staff is professional and courteous.

Phenomenal. Unbeknownst to us, last night’s dinner was the Espacio team’s first in over 2 months… and they were brilliant. Food, wine, service were spectacular. Creative, surprising, full of flavour, unique. Dishes were extremely memorable, and wine pairings perfect. Special mention for the Tomato done 3 ways, Sardine Liquorice Eclair, Cod & White Chocolate sauce. Staff were incredibly friendly, delivery was well paced. Will 100% be back.

We had the most amazing dinner here last night. The tasting menu and wine pairing were divine. One of the most creative and fun menus I’ve ever experienced. We will definitely be back!!
