Hacía tiempo que no me sorprendía tanto un sitio. Nacho se portó de 10 recomendándonos los platos. Pedimos el espárrago (riquísimo, fresco y con un sabor muy potente), media de ensaladilla (muy diferente por el crujiente de jamón y los encurtidos, pero deliciosa), cola de toro(exquisita, tierna y con mucho sabor) y solomillo de torta del casar (se deshacía en la boca y el gratin de patata, sublime) El postre fue un hojaldre con cremas de distintos tipos de chocolate. Madre mía, qué rico!!! En resumen, una cena extraordinaria. Muchas gracias por una cena fabulosa, Nacho y Jordi!!

Almoradux es un imprescindible en Sevilla. Desde que llegas, Nacho, el camarero, hace que la experiencia sea cercana y profesional: sabe recomendar, explica cada detalle y transmite pasión. En cocina, el chef brilla con platos de producto fresco y sorprendente, desde las gyozas del mar hasta el brioche de steak tartar trufado o el sashimi de salmonete. La atención impecable, el ambiente cuidado y una cocina de nivel hacen que la visita sea redonda. Un lugar donde el equipo de sala y cocina se entienden a la perfección. Sin duda, un 10/10 y para repetir.
